St. Tropes in shower gradual tan

I had heard about this new fake tan from a friend at work. I really didn't understand how it could work so decided I would be a guinea pig and give it a try. I bought it from superdrug, on offer at £9.65. You literally have a shower, whilst still wet apply the fake tan in circular motions creating a lather everywhere you want to be tanned ( I did my face even though it says not to) then wait 3 minutes, and rinse off. You won't notice a difference straight away but after a few hours you can notice a slight tanned glow. I think you would have to use it regularly to looked really tanned, but it doesn't smell AT ALL which is a major bonus! So I'm going to continue using it 😃

Planning for a long trip away

When your traveling abroad with limited luggage space for a 3 week holiday it's essential you are organised with your packing. The easiest way I find to do this is to take pictures of your possible outfit choices. That way you can look at your phone or camera to pick what to wear and there's no need to get confused rifelling through your suitcase everyday. It also means you are less likely to pack things your never going to wear leaving more room for holiday purchases 😊 here are some of my planned outfit choices for my trip to Australia next week ...

New hair

So I decided to be brave and go for the chop! My hair is very thin, and I've been getting annoyed with my extensions so thougt the only thing for it was to have it cut to add more volume as it makes it appear thicker. My lovely friend Gina did it for me last night, I've had it cut to my shoulders and ombred and she curled it for me using straightening irons. I am really pleased with the results and my hair looks and feels a lot healthier. 

Suffolk food hall

I had a lovely day at the Suffolk Food Hall in ipswich today. I went with my husband and some friends with their kids. They have a great outdoor play area which the kids really enjoyed. I was really impressed with the shops, and we had a really nice lunch in the reasturant over looking a fantastic view of the Orwell bridge.

Nair argan oil at home waxing kit

Ladies you will never need to go to a beauty salon to get waxed after using this fantastic at home waxing kit!! 

I normally pay about £18 to get half my legs waxed at the beauticians. Trying to save some money I decided to try nair argan oil roll on wax kit as it was on offer in superdrug for only £4.99. I didn't think it would be very good as it seemed way too easy. You just have to heat up the wax in the applicator for 20 seconds in the microwave and roll it on to the area you want to get waxed, stick a strip on rubbing the wax in the direction of the hair growth, then pull the strip off. But it was fantastic, so easy to do and didn't really hurt at all, and my legs are completely hair free! I also did my bikini line which worked really well too. The strips can be washed and reused, but I would just recommend buying new ones as they are quite hard to clean.
